Skinny Jeans Culprit in Hip Hop

Skinny jeans, who doesn't own a pair? You? Die. Oh, and it's longer just skinny. Theres skinny, super skinny, extreme skinny, skinny as shit, and second layer skin. Skinny jeans have taken a huge toll on the world, especially the hip hop nation inside of a nation. I personally, like to think that this skinny jean era came from Japan. Have you seen those Japanese boys? This isn't an optional fashion for them, it's all they know. Then it moved to the UK and the US, but you only saw em' on rockstars. Now Pookie, Ray Ray, and Lil' Doo Doo gotta pair. I always thought that the skin tight jeans were for women. Kinda feminine don't you think? No? Gay ass. But anyway, like I was saying, this second layer skin era has all the rappers, all the singer,i guess it always had the dancers, but that's not the point.

Okay, what do you see when you look at this picture? Skinny jeans right? But doesn't it look kinda GAY GAY GAY GAY GAY.?

Okay, when you look at this picture, what do you see? Kind of a rockstar like image right. They got the taste from the females they saw wearing tight fit jeans. Seems legit. Later, the hopster was developed. The "hopster" is what we see today in our hip hop artist. Now watch the transition....

Okay, now these guys, to me, can relate to the first photo, but hey, they look cool right?

Okay now this one, I refuse to touch on, seriously. There are sooo many things I question about Lil' Wayne and his jeans fall wayyy at the bottom of the list.

Now Pharrell, like many real artist, can manage such a style. Some just try really hard...
But Kid Cudi, like Pharrell can rock em' and rock em' right. He has the Hip Hop feel inside and out..

Okay now I'm not saying that Usher isn't a real artist, I am may be saying that about Kanye, but hip hop isn't just music, it a culture and Usher is more on the R&B side. He dosen't have the same uptown feel as a true hip hop artist. Now Kanye, in my prospective, is just a mess, but hey, he's doing his thing, can't be mad at him, but I can be mad at him for wearin' those skinny jeans.

That's Reason4Broadway
