Best Rap Album Of The Year? Who Gets The Crown.?

Okay, so I'm sure everyone has heard about all of the rap albums this year.
Kanye is dishing his piece entitled Good Ass Job, in June.

Drake's Thank Me Later album has been pushed back and is to be released also in June. June 15th to be exact.

Dr. Dre's, I guess, highly anticipated album that he's been stringing along for almost a year, Detox, is also supposed to drop sometime this summer.

I guess Big Boi is making his way back to the stage. He new album Sir Luscious Left foot: The Son of Chico Dusty hits the shelves on July 6.

Last but most definitely not least, T.I. is fresh out the cell and into the booth. His seventh studio is to hit the store on August 24.

Okay so let's take a step backwards. We all remember Kanye's last album 808's & Heartbreak, right?
Well, I thought album was hot. Though, after listening to it a few time, I got confused. I don't think Kanye West knows where he wants to be. I mean one day, he expect everyone to respect him but he cried through 90percent of his last album. I think that out of the entire album, See You in My Nightmares was the only song that he did not cry on. I have yet to hear any song that will be on his latest album and I honestly don't know what to expect.

Now Drake's So Far Gone album, to me, was trash.
I honestly think that the mixtape was a way better front that the actual album. I have heard most of the songs from the Thank Me Later album and they're pretty okay. Would i recommend you buy the CD when it comes out? Yes

Okay, the last time we heard from Dr Dre on the mic was in, what? 2001?

So ever since Eminem made his way back to the booth, Dre has been talking about dropping his first rap album in almost 10yrs, entitled, Detox. I don't expect Dr Dre to impress me this time. It's been a while. Maybe it's time to be old and stay on the controls.

The situation is different with Big Boi though. His last album was Speakerboxx with Andre 3000

This time he's got his own project. A solo project. Even though it's been almost 7yrs, I think that Big Boi could once again be big on the scene. Though, we haven't really seen or heard much of Big Boi without Andre 3000 by his side. So what's the music gonna be like.?

Now, everyone has been waiting for T.I. to get back on the grind. His last album Paper Trail left a lasting affect on his fans before he was sent off to jail.

Now he is back, ready to drop his seventh album on the world. I do think that this album could be something great. He's had a lot of time to put together the perfect material, which leaves little room for mistakes.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see just what happens at the end on the year. But what i failed to admit is that, I don't think any of these new albums will be album of the year 2010. Prove me wrong.

Who The Hell Is Kat Stacks.?

Okay, so lately I've been hearing a lot about this Kat Stacks chick. I have a question though, who the hell is she? Curiously,I did some work on it and found my answer. Okay so apparently Kat Stacks is a professional hoe and her intentions are to expose and i quote: "these fakes-ass motherfuckin' rapper out here". Okay nothing better to do with your life.? No? I'm the blogger, that's my job, sit yo' ass down somewhere. She says and I quote: "it's time to taint their image and shit". Wait, rewind, pause, okay lemme get this straight. You've had relations with Bow Wow, Aaron Carter, and about 3/4 of Young Money including, Wayne, Jay Millz, and Lil' Twist. Okay whatthehell, isn't Lil' Twist little, i mean like 16 or something? Okay so you had relations with all of em' and now you're alone? Okay , sounds like motive and stupidity. This Kat Stacks reminds me of someone. Lemme stop, so back to the matter at hand, now that this Kat Stacks has been passed around and labeled as a HOE, she's got beef with Young Money. Typical right? Okay so HipHopDx had an interview with her and they asked "So what's your whole beef with Young Money.?" and Kat Stacks answered and I quote: "Young Money is a bunch of motherfucking roommates. They call themselves Young Money, because they don't got no grown-ass money. They ain't got shit, them motherfuckers is all roommates - they just fronting for their image. All they do is treat bitches wrong and I ain't the only one. I'm the only one out here brave enough to speak out on those motherfuckers. I'm just a spokesman for what they are and you can see on my website how I have proof of it."
Okay, she's right about one thing, these niggas do all board together which could be sign of young money. Okay and if you call admitting that you are a professional HOE brave, it's not being brave sweetie, it's fucking sad.
Okay so the asked if it was true that she had sexual intercourse with all of them and she said yes, with pride. She had sex with them because she was impressed that the rappers from Young Money paid for everything at a nightclub. Okay freeze frame, so you buy me a whopper with cheese and I let you hit.? Wow , she easier than 3rd grade spellin' test.
Check out the next question in the interview.
.:"DX: You just said Jae Millz himself and his crew paid to have sex with you. How much did they pay?
Kat Stacks: The first time I met Millz was through this other square bitch, because she didn't know what the fuck she was doing with him. I snatched his number from her phone and we started talking. I told him it was $650 for each hour, so he was like, "Oh, let me see you in person." We met up and he let me up to his crib. He paid for like seven hours the first time I met him. After that, about three weeks later he called me up again in Miami to bring some more girls over. I brought two girls over and he paid for them too. Gudda Gudda was there too."

Hm, okay then, that's was easy. Do you know what I could do with $650.? Me and everybody in my hood would put McDonald's out of business. Okay, so she spills that they all made sure that they used condoms. For you to be a professional HOE, you're not very educated in this field. Wait a minute, it seems thats she's pissed with Young Money because they stood her up one night. SMH. You silly Hoe. Im through. Ya'll can catch the rest of the interview at

Oprah Leans On Jay-Z for launch

Okay so Oprah's rich ass finally bought her own television network. It is entitled none other than The Oprah Winfrey Network or OWN. Most rich people buy what's expected, houses, cars, home theaters, a footlocker, but no.! Oprah's rich ass bought a TV network. Well whenever you feel like being generous, facebook me. Okay so Oprah is depending on help from rap mogul Jay-Z to be featured on the series entitled Master Class, premiering on the network. The moral of the show is for celebrities and politicians to reflect on real life stories. Oprah picked Condoleeza Rice, alongside Jay-Z to be on the first show. Now knowing what the series is supposed to be able, the fact that she picked those two, tickles me on the inside. Also. I've notices that Jay-Z and Oprah seen to be kind of close. It's always nice to have nice friends but the were recently featured on the cover of Hip Hop Weekly about a month ago, visiting Jay-Z's old neighborhood, the Marcy projects. Why the hell was Oprah there? I'd like to know too. I wonder if she had security. They also participated in many charities together. Hm, i think Oprah left Stedman cause she want somethin' a lil' younger. I wonder if she knows that Jay-Z and Moses graduated together. Forreal, Jay-Z was the servant at the Last Supper, his old ass. The network will not launch until New Years but I wonder why she chose Condoleeza Rice to tell a true life story. Maybe she should asked Bush if he could come and explain how he managed to fuck up gas, water, and air. Wait, and she asked a rap star to appear on the show? I know he's a business man but he's also a rapper, and as much as Oprah has criticized the rap and Hip Hop nation, that surprises me . Hell, for some time, I thought she just didn't like black people. So there's going to be other shows on the network. Theres one entitled Inside The Creative Mind that intends to spotlight artist such as Lady Gaga. Okay, honestly, Lady Gaga scares the hell outta me. I guess that's enough for Oprah.! I wonder if this network is gonna' last. That's Reason4Broadway.

Nicki Minaj Kicked Off of Tour.???

Wait a minute, I thought Nicki left the tour.? You too.? Well now, reporters are saying that Nicki Minaj was kicked off of Rihanna's tour by Rihanna herself. Okay so Nicki saying she left the tour to complete her album was a smooth move right. Sounded pretty convincing, but I know I'm not the only one that could think of reasons why Rihanna wouldn't want Nicki Minaj on her tour. So most are thinking because of the genre difference right? Rihanna and Ke$sha are more pop and Nicki is more of a rapper than a pop star. Though are we forgetting the obvious reason why Rihanna wouldn't want Nicki on her tour? Give up? Nicki's a complete bitch. She's got the mouth. She's got the attitude. But guess what. Apparently, Nicki's representatives at Young Money felt that she was too big to open up for Rihanna. Really? No seriously. Really? Here at the top we have Rihanna, and here down at the bottom, trying to make her way up, we have Nicki Minaj. At least that's how I see it. So when Nicki found out she was being cut from the Last Girl On Earth tour, she called up Rihanna and started a huge argument.? Wow that's silly. But That's Reason4Broadway

Broadway's ChartWatch

So I'm doing research, and surprising to me, Raymond v. Raymond is #1. Now not saying that I doubt Usher or that I don't think he a great artist, but after Taylor Swift won album of the year, it's hard to believe a lot in today's music. I'm actually kinda glad that Usher is climbing back up because Lord knows that i was scared for his career after that last album. I mean really, you can't go from playa' to family man all in one motion, you have to take baby steps. I want to point out the teaming with Nicki Minaj for Lil' Freak was the better decision. It gave him back that touch his fans haven't seen in a while. Well hangin' at #2 on the charts is the "controversial" Erykah Badu with New Amerykah, Part Two. Okay now, does she really deserve the title "controversial" or is she just provin' the world wrong and speakin' the truth in a melody or are today's critic's draws' ridin' too tough. hearing a song and listening to a song are two totally different activities. Not only is Erykah's music meant to be acknowledged globally but it is to be is to be acknowledged mentally. I think the world is over reacting to her Window Seat video. Can someone please break down the issue for me.? So it's okay for Usher and Trey Songz to call a sex tape a music video but if one just so happens to want to include her body in explaining her prospectives on the world, the shit is on CNN, whathehell? If I stand butt ball naked on top of the GM building singin' Bag Lady I might only get Facebook and maybe Fox 2 whatsupwiththat? On the Next One, next in line is Monica. Now some of us have been waiting for Monica to step back into the spotlight and the wait is over. So we all know the breakthrough was Trust with Keyshia Cole, right? Okay, was that or was that not a bad decision, on Keyshia's part, on featuring Monica on that song? Keyshia Cole can even step foot in an ocean with Monica. Some of the radio stations, re-remastered the song and kinda had Monica drown Keyshia out in most of the song. Ha, sad shit right.? Monica hit us hard with her most recent single "Everything To Me". Though, I wonder how many of the 80,000 fans that bought her album know that the hit is a complete copy. Okay, so Denise Williams made pretty much the exact same song in 1981, only her's was called Silly. I'm guessing making this comeback was a lot on Monica, so of course why not rely on the easier option, take something else and simply changed the title. Hey, i don't know about ya'll but I still got love for Monica, she doing her thing, can't be pissed. The Black Eyed Peas just sold another 43,000 copies of The E.N.D. They always have something to bring to the table and that's why they'll always be around. Now, I really think this artist has to make a move and make that move quickly. Ludacris fall at #7 on this list. I see that his new Battle of the Sexes isn't rising on the charts. He managed to sell only 39,000 copies this week. Besides the fact that almost everyone in America has limewire, I think that Luda is really falling behind on his job. These late couple albums have been, okay. Just okay, and that's not usual Luda. Yo, this is the weeks hip hop charts and to me, the only real hip hop artist on the list are Erykah Badu, Ludacris and The Black Eyed Peas. Am i wrong

Skinny Jeans Culprit in Hip Hop

Skinny jeans, who doesn't own a pair? You? Die. Oh, and it's longer just skinny. Theres skinny, super skinny, extreme skinny, skinny as shit, and second layer skin. Skinny jeans have taken a huge toll on the world, especially the hip hop nation inside of a nation. I personally, like to think that this skinny jean era came from Japan. Have you seen those Japanese boys? This isn't an optional fashion for them, it's all they know. Then it moved to the UK and the US, but you only saw em' on rockstars. Now Pookie, Ray Ray, and Lil' Doo Doo gotta pair. I always thought that the skin tight jeans were for women. Kinda feminine don't you think? No? Gay ass. But anyway, like I was saying, this second layer skin era has all the rappers, all the singer,i guess it always had the dancers, but that's not the point.

Okay, what do you see when you look at this picture? Skinny jeans right? But doesn't it look kinda GAY GAY GAY GAY GAY.?

Okay, when you look at this picture, what do you see? Kind of a rockstar like image right. They got the taste from the females they saw wearing tight fit jeans. Seems legit. Later, the hopster was developed. The "hopster" is what we see today in our hip hop artist. Now watch the transition....

Okay, now these guys, to me, can relate to the first photo, but hey, they look cool right?

Okay now this one, I refuse to touch on, seriously. There are sooo many things I question about Lil' Wayne and his jeans fall wayyy at the bottom of the list.

Now Pharrell, like many real artist, can manage such a style. Some just try really hard...
But Kid Cudi, like Pharrell can rock em' and rock em' right. He has the Hip Hop feel inside and out..

Okay now I'm not saying that Usher isn't a real artist, I am may be saying that about Kanye, but hip hop isn't just music, it a culture and Usher is more on the R&B side. He dosen't have the same uptown feel as a true hip hop artist. Now Kanye, in my prospective, is just a mess, but hey, he's doing his thing, can't be mad at him, but I can be mad at him for wearin' those skinny jeans.

Nicki Minaj Drops Off of Rihanna's Tour

Tragic.! It was revealed today that rapper Nicki Minaj will not be on Rihanna's "Last Girl On Earth" tour. Okay, so supposedly, Nicki and crazy ass Ke$ha were to be opening for Rihanna on her tour this summer. Apparently, she wants to use that time to finish up her first official album. Hm, sounds innocent and legit right? Well, today Nicki tweeted, and I quote "Barbz I'm sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi's tour. I've decided 2 use that time 4 the completion of my album. Hope u understand,” Barbz, Thx 4 understanding. And Thanks to Rihanna 4 being a sweetheart and extending this great opportunity 2 me. Support the show! Luv, HB.” Okay, big ups to Nicki wanting to get her album finished as soon as possible but she may just be giving up one of the better given opportunities. Honestly, let's think about this, going on tour with one of pop music's biggest stars, should feel more like a privilege. She could use the publicity. Having the publicity makes the game easier. If fans from all over the world know you, they will marinate with whatever already has you name on it, then you won't have to rush a debut album and make such a foolish decision. Beside, knowing that Wayne isn't going to put anyone before him, this would be her way of seeing a brighter day. Wayne isn't going to promote anyone that just may be competition for him. Well world, let's see where Nicki Minaj is ant the end of 2010. That's Reason4Broadway.
